Platform role

PropertyAuction.online is a technology marketplace connecting property owners, buyers, brokers, and builders. PropertyAuction.online does not guarantee ownership, title clearance, or legality of any property and does not act as a broker, legal advisor, or property valuer.

User obligations

• Sellers and builders confirm that all uploaded documents and information are accurate and legally valid.
• Buyers acknowledge responsibility for independent legal and financial due diligence.
• All users must complete KYC where required and accept these terms before participating.

Document verification

Verification badges reflect document upload and review state only. They do not constitute legal certification of title, possession, or encumbrance status.

Payments

A 10% token payment is held until the process is initiated. Full payment is handled only after buyer verification and document review. Platform commissions are configurable by the operator.

Audit & logs

User activity, document uploads, acknowledgements, bid history, IP addresses, and timestamps are logged for safety and dispute resolution.
