Pick your role (buyer, seller, builder) and accept the platform terms.
Complete KYC
Upload identification. Once reviewed, your profile shows a KYC verified badge.
List with documents
Resale and builder properties each have a mandatory document checklist (Sale Deed, Index II, RERA, etc.).
Acknowledge & publish
Sellers and builders sign an acknowledgement of accuracy. The listing then becomes visible.
Buyers verify, then bid
Buyers accept the marketplace-only acknowledgement before placing a bid.
Token & process
A 10% token is held only after the seller responds. Full payment after document review.
